This was a Wilton cake project they had titled "Bevy of Berries," which uses the newly updated Strawberry Shortcake pan (not the one from my own childhood). It was time-consuming to make, but I loved the way it turned out. I made this for twin girls who were turning 5, for their preschool class party.
